COOLING VEST
Our company is specialized in the researches, development and production of electromagnetic protection and thermal protection products. We have successfully obtained for the patent for a series of cooling vests, and won the certification from China Middle & Light Product Quality Guarantee Center.
Ⅰ.Purpose
Cooling vest is armor against thermal radiation, shield against damages caused by high temperatures, and a most efficient, economical and convenient way to lower the body core temperature. Therefore, cooling vest is quite popular in developed countries, and well-received by the consumers. At present, more and more enterprises in the economically developed regions in China have started to equip their employees working in high-temperature environment with cooling vests.
Ⅱ.Applications
1. Fit for cooling in the environment of high temperature, high heat or high moisture, such as smelting, foundry, glass, forging, fire fighting, cooker, etc.;
2. Fit for people working outdoors, such as petroleum, traffic police, landscaping and ground keeping, electricity, railway, construction, driver, etc.;
3. Fit for outdoor sports, training, mountain climbing, fishing, golf and other recreational activities, or for agricultural places?use.
Ⅲ.Structure
The cooling vest includes a vest made of cloth and four energy-storage pouches. We have successfully obtained for the patent for our independently developed cooling vest of pocket-insertion style. On the cooling vest, there are four pockets. Independent from the vest, the energy-storage pouches can be placed separately and chilled in refrigerators or in cool places. When the consumers want to use it, they only need to put the chilled energy-storage pouches into the pockets on the vest, and the body temperature will be lowered rapidly to prevent against the thermal damages.
Ⅳ.Features
1. The product can be used for cooling in summer and warming in winter.
2. The energy-storage pouch in the vest can be recharged with cool(or heat) for reuse without limitation. Physical cooling(warming) without any pollution.
3. The energy-storage pouch is filled with our proprietary gels accumulation coolant with long cool-keeping time at moderate temperature for human body and excellent cooling effect.
4. The vest material is cotton than is washable, brushable andendurable.
Ⅴ.Usage
1. To be used after being chilled
Put the energy-storage pouches into a refrigerator whose temperature is kept at -15℃ and stored for five to six hours. When it is fully frozen, take it out (Don't have the pouches chilled together with the coldness-insulation bags and coldness-insulation boards). Before putting the pouchess into the vest pockets, put the energy-storage pouches and coldness-insulation boards into the coldness-insulation bags, tighten up the coldness-insulation bags, and then put them into the pockets.
2．To be used after being cooled
It is suitable for an environment without a refrigerator or an occasion when temperate temperature is welcome. Put the energy-storage pouches in an environment with the temperature under 25℃ and cool it for several hours. Before inserting it into the pockets, put the energy-storage pouches and coldness-insulation boards into the coldness-insulation bags, tighten up the coldness-insulation bags, and then put them into the pockets.
Ⅵ.Notes
1. When the energy-storage pouches are not in use, put them into the refrigerators, preparing for future uses. If the pouches will not be in need for a long time, store them in an environment of normal temperatures, and avoid exposing them to sun lights.
Tips: It is better to put the collapsible energy-storage pouches into the pockets at the chest, to make yourself move more flexibly.
2．The hard-gel-based energy-storage agent is innocuous, harmless, environmental-friendly, but shall not be swallowed.
3．Don't prick or cut the pouches with pointed articles. When the pouches are broken or leaking, wash them with clear water.
